I'm Kristen and I'm a lover of science, reading, writing, and knitting. I'm a neuroscience major at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and am currently also pursuing a writing minor. I grew up in Owosso, Michigan, a town which I affectionately refer to as "the corn field between Lansing and Flint." There I learned to drive a tractor and speak with a Southern accent even though I'm not Southern. I gave up all of this magnificence to move to Ann Arbor, where far less people like country music and wear cowboy boots on a daily basis.

It's still the best decision I've made yet.
